At Melinda Maria, we want you to love your jewelry, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn pieces in their original packaging. Please note that sale items and personalized jewelry are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Pack Your Jewelry

  Securely place your items in their original Melinda Maria pouches and boxes, then pack them into a shipping mailer with the return authorization form.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once our team inspects the return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
